Patient feedbackWe are always happy to receive your feedback to improve our services to you and the community as a whole. If you have a complaint or feel there has been a breach of privacy, please send your correspondence to the Practice Manager either by post or email. If you wish to send correspondence directly to the Doctor, please make it "confidential" and this will only be opened by the addressee. You can submit this correspondence anonymously if you wish, either by email or post. There is also a suggestion box in our waiting room if you want to make a comment, suggestion or complaint - this can be done anonymously if you wish. We strive to sort any problems there may be internally and in a timely manner, so both parties are happy with the outcome. If you are not satisfied with the outcome you can contact the Health Care Complaints Commission in NSW on (02) 9219 7444 or email hccc@hccc.nsw.au We recently conducted a patient feedback survey, and have shared our response to the feedback here: Download response to patient feedback (January 2023) Following up on your test resultsIn order to maintain patient confidentiality and to avoid misunderstandings and in the interest of good medicine, we prefer not to give results over the telephone. Your doctor will inform you when your results will be available so that you can make an appointment to discuss them and plan further treatment if necessary. Pregnancy tests and INR test results will be available over the telephone. We do not email results as it is not a secure network. |
